It starts with a conversation. We meet you on site to discuss your vision, colour preferences, and your home or business’s specific needs. Not in Whistler? Not a problem. We regularly work with out-of-town or not available in person and can walk through a property on a facetime or video call, including secondary homes and vacation properties.

Surprises are for birthdays, not paint jobs. You will receive a thorough, comprehensive estimate covering the scope of work, materials, and timelines, so you know exactly what to expect before we open a can. That said, quotes may change if the scope changes or if surfaces are more damaged than expected once we start work. That is exactly why we take the time to do a thorough estimate up front.

Work
Preparation is where you win or lose a job. Prep work includes cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and holes, caulking gaps, repairing damaged drywall or wood, masking edges and trim, and covering floors and furniture. We pressure-wash exteriors and fully dry them before applying any coating. Good prep makes a finish last and boosts curb appeal once the final coat is on.

The right season for the job
Late spring through early fall, roughly May to October, is the optimal window for exterior painting in Whistler. Temperatures must stay consistently above 10 degrees Celsius, and surfaces must be dry. Interior painting is available year-round.
Realistic timelines
A few interior rooms typically take three to four days. A full exterior repaint generally runs one to two weeks, depending on the size of the building and the weather. We scope larger commercial and strata projects individually. Paint needs time to cure properly, not just dry, and that distinction helps the finish last and extends the life of the surfaces underneath.
